Yesterday, Skype announced a new click to call toolbar for salesforce CRM. The news of this release came at Dreamforce, salesforce.com’s user and developer conference. Ian Robin, Director of Skype, noted that 30% of Skype’s current users are utilizing Skype for business purposes.
