Yesterday, Ribbit announced a new scalable, next-generation voice-to-text application service for their carriers and Enterprise customers. Their new service, VTT-sa™, a cloud-based component in the Ribbit platform, enables customers to convert voice to text in business applications such as voicemail, traditional and IP based PBXs, conference calling and more.

Stephen Wu, general manager, Ribbit Voice-to-Text Services noted the value of this new release:
