Skype Releases Click to Call for Salesforce CRM

Yesterday, Skype announced a new click to call toolbar for salesforce CRM. The news of this release came at Dreamforce, salesforce.com’s user and developer conference.

Ian Robin, Director of Skype, noted that 30% of Skype’s current users are utilizing Skype for business purposes.

For the salesforce community, this means that:

The optimization of our toolbars for the salesforce.com community will enable small businesses to instantly communicate with customers or business partners in their database, while also viewing their relevant information.
